Every Veilo order is packed flat and protected so your film arrives in perfect condition.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out through our Contact page and we'll look into it right away.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
