Veilo 1-Year Warranty

Every Veilo smart privacy film is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What's covered

• Film that stops switching between clear and frosted under normal use
• Uneven frosting or dead zones caused by a manufacturing defect
• A faulty remote or power adapter

What's not covered

• Damage from cuts, scratches, impacts, or improper trimming
• Damage from water exposure to the electrical connections, or from using a power supply other than the one included
• Normal wear, or damage from misuse or unauthorized modification

How to make a claim

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or short video showing it. If your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement for the faulty part or film at no cost.
