Will it fit my window?
Measure the visible glass (width × height) and choose the size that covers it. The film trims down for a clean fit. If your glass is larger than our biggest size, contact us before ordering.
How hard is it to install?
Veilo goes onto your existing glass, so there's no replacing windows. Clean the glass, apply the film, connect the power adapter, and pair the remote. A step-by-step guide is in the box, and we're available if you get stuck.
How fast does it switch?
Under a second. The whole pane frosts evenly at once, with no top-to-bottom wipe.
Does it need power?
Yes. Veilo switches electrically and plugs into a standard outlet using the included power adapter.
What if something goes wrong?
Every Veilo is covered by a 1-year warranty. If your film stops switching properly or your remote or adapter fails, send us your order number and a photo or video and we'll replace it. Unused film can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
